Carota Selvatica

Ieri ho raccolto i pochi fiori che riescono a fiorire con questo caldo nei dintorni della nostra casa, la carota selvatica, il fiore lo trovo meraviglioso, il profumo di carota quando li raccogli è così delicato e la cosa più bella è che si può mangiare sia la radice che le foglie più tenere nelle insalate o minestre estive. Io sicuramente preparerò qualche ricetta in questo weekend di caldo.

Yesterday I picked up the few flowers that can flourish with this hot around our House, the wild carrot, I find it wonderful, the carrot smell when they get is so delicate and the coolest thing is that you can eat both the root that more tender leaves in salads or soups. I definitely will prepare any recipe in this hot weekend.
